Private 1:1 Lessons FAQs: Everything You Need to Know

  • How do I schedule my first lesson? 


You decided to take your first lesson, great! Just click "Book my first lesson" and complete the subscription process. Following your subscription, you will be taken to a page with a calendar, where you can pick the date and time most convenient for you.

That’s it. Our teachers will wait for you at the time you choose. 


  • How do I schedule my next lesson? 


The subscription plan allows you to schedule up to four lessons per month. You can book the next lesson immediately after booking the first one by clicking "Schedule another event". Alternatively, the next lesson will be scheduled for the following week.


  • How do I cancel my private lessons?


You can cancel your subscription and receive a full refund after the first lesson. Just cancel the subscription via your Account page, then contact our Customer care for a full refund.

  • Rescheduling and canceling lessons


We know that life is unpredictable. Therefore, you can easily cancel or reschedule your lesson.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide during the booking process. The lesson will also be added to your calendar (if you have one). To reschedule or cancel, go to the confirmation email or to the lesson in your calendar. Select the Cancel or Reschedule option at the bottom of the screen. The app will do the rest for you.


  • What happens if I am unsatisfied with the private lesson?


Are you planning on canceling? We're sorry, but we understand. To cancel, simply go to your Account page.

  • What happens if I'm late to my private lesson?


Accuracy - the politeness of kings.

Your teacher will wait 15 minutes after the lesson begins. Since our teachers have a tight lesson schedule, the time you are late will be deducted from the lesson.

If you do not show up without canceling or rescheduling, the lesson will be charged.


  • What happens if my teacher is late to my private lesson?


We value your time. In the event that the teacher fails to appear 5 minutes into the lesson, please contact us. We will not charge you for the lesson and ensure that it doesn't happen again.


  • Who will benefit from these lessons?


Private lessons are based on our content and are currently only available for adults.

As we speak, we are developing a special method of teaching and tailored content for kids. Let us know if you are interested in private lessons for kids and we'll get in touch with you.
