If you first signed up through our website, you can pause, cancel or upgrade your subscription at any time directly from your profile page. You can find your profile here: https://lingopie.com/profile.
If you first signed up through our Lingopie Mobile App using the Play Store or the App Store, it is their policy that you must cancel directly with them. In order to do this, go to the subscription section of these apps on your device, find the Lingopie subscription, and proceed with the cancellation from there.
Lastly, if you used PayPal as your payment method, please follow these instructions:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Settings near the top of the page.
- Click Payments.
- Click Manage Pre-Approved Payments.
- Click Cancel or Cancel Automatic Billing and follow the instructions
