Update Credit/Debit Card information

You can update your credit or debit card anytime from your Profile. Just go to Payment Method and click “Update Payment Method” to make changes.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to Your Profile
    • Log in to your Lingopie account and click on your profile icon.
    • Navigate to the Payment Method section.
  2. Update Your Card Details
    • Click “Update Payment Method”.
    • Enter your new card information (card number, expiration date, and CVV).
  3. Save Changes
    • Review your details and click Save or Confirm.
    • Your new card will now be used for future payments.

Tips & Troubleshooting

  • Make sure your billing address matches the one associated with your card.
  • If your card is declined, check with your bank to ensure there are no issues.
