You can log in by clicking the login link at the top right-hand corner or the Lingopie homepage at www.Lingopie.com, next to “Start Free Trial”, or go directly to the login page at www.Lingopie.com/login.
Trouble logging in?
Make sure you are using the correct username and password or the correct Facebook or Google account as the authentication method
In case you created a password and are not able to log in with it, you can click on “Forgot your Password?” and an email will be sent to you. You can also contact our support team at https://help.lingopie.com/support/tickets/new
Did you sign up with Google Play Store and can't log in?
Make sure you are selecting the correct email address when the Google pop-up appears. Sometimes if we click on the wrong email, Google sets it as the main account automatically. To fix this issue you can clear your cache.
Did you sign up with Apple and can't log in?
Sometimes when creating an account with Apple a whole new email is created that will look like this: numbers&letters@privaterelay.appleid.com.
To find out your hidden Apple ID you can either go to the app and click on “Login with Apple” and check on your profile page the email address shown. If you wish, this can be changed by our support team making your email address the login credential.
You can also find out by following these steps on your Mobile Device: Settings > Apple ID > Password & Security > Apps Using Your Apple ID. You will see that the option to "hide my e-mail" is enabled. Your hidden Apple ID can be found here.
