If you decide to cancel your subscription, you can do it at any time. You will have to choose a different way based on the method you chose to subscribe in the first place:
- Credit card: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your profile page, under "Plan", click on "Update Membership" and there you will find both upgrading and canceling options
- Google Play Store and Apple App Store: if you first signed up through our Lingopie Mobile App, it is their policy that you must cancel directly with them. In order to do this, go to the subscription section of these apps on your device, find the Lingopie subscription, and proceed with the cancellation from there.
- PayPal:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Settings near the top of the page.
- Click Payments.
- Click Manage Pre-Approved Payments.
- Click Cancel or Cancel Automatic Billing and follow the instructions
