Our offline viewing feature lets you keep learning and enjoying your favorite videos wherever you go. It’s quick, simple, and available exclusively on our iOS mobile app.
Follow these easy steps to download videos and enjoy them offline:
- Open the app and log in to your account.
- Tap My library in the bottom menu.
- Go to Downloads.
- Browse videos or search for the one you want.
- Tap the video you’ve chosen.
- Hit the Download button.
- Once downloaded, your content will appear in My library → Downloads, ready to watch anytime!
Tips & Things to Know
- Offline viewing is available only on iOS devices. We’re actively working to make this feature available on other devices and operating systems in the future.
- You can download up to 10 videos to watch offline—just look for the Download icon to see which shows are available.
- When you are offline, tap the orange Watch Offline button to view all previously downloaded shows and episodes.
- Make sure your app is updated to the latest version.
- Downloads are stored locally on your device, making them ideal for watching on the go.
- Keep an eye on your device storage, especially if you plan to download multiple videos.
- If you uninstall the app, log out, or switch devices, your downloads may be removed.
